Introduction
At GuidanceWithin, I offer a calm and supportive space where you can slow down and begin to make sense of what you’re feeling.
You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or noticing patterns in your life that are hard to shift. Often, these experiences aren’t just about what’s happening right now—they can be connected to deeper layers such as past experiences, beliefs, or emotions that haven’t had the space to be fully processed.
This work is about gently exploring those layers, at a pace that feels right for you.
In our sessions, we look at your thoughts, emotions, and experiences as a whole. This includes understanding patterns, working through emotions, and bringing awareness to how things may be held in the body or your inner experience.
Over time, this can help you feel clearer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.

My journey into this work began with a desire to understand life more deeply and to support others in doing the same.
Inspired by my family’s roots in Vedanta philosophy, I was drawn to the connection between science and spirituality. This led me to train in yoga, energy healing, and later as a counsellor and integrative psychotherapist.
Through my work, I’ve come to believe that we all have the ability to heal from within—but sometimes we need guidance, support, and a safe space to do so.
Starting something new can feel uncertain, especially when it involves opening up and exploring your inner world. This space is designed to feel calm, supportive, and at a pace that feels right for you.
Each session is shaped around you—there’s no pressure to share more than you feel ready to, and no expectation to have everything figured out.
We begin by exploring what’s currently present for you. This may be something specific, or simply a general sense that something doesn’t feel quite right. From there, we gently follow what arises.
❋ Integrative Psychotherapist (ITS Certified)My integrative training allows me to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, tailoring each session to your individual needs. This includes exploring both conscious and unconscious processes to support deeper awareness and transformation.
❋ Member of The National Healing TrustAs a member of The National Healing Trust, I am part of a recognised professional body for healing practitioners. This reflects a commitment to ethical practice, ongoing development, and providing a safe and supportive environment for clients.
❋ Certified Yoga InstructorMy background in yoga supports a holistic approach to wellbeing, recognising the connection between body, mind, and breath. This allows for a more grounded and embodied healing experience.
